On Jan 16, 2009 we received certification from D.R. Wastchak, L.L.C.
that the Gladding Residence energy usage is Net Zero eliminating 21,647.4 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2) per year.

On Jan 26, 2009 we received certification from D.R. Wastchak, L.L.C.
saving  $2152 per year & eliminating  20,981.6 pounds (10-1/2 tons) of carbon dioxide (CO2) per year.
